NEW MANAGEMENT AT EVERYBODY FITS!
GREAT NEWS! Marylee Jeske is our new general manager at EveryBody Fits. Marylee and I have met, lunched and talked many times and her enthusiam and dedication to OUR business is evident in each conversation. She is making some exciting changes; many that will be very positive for OUR business. Two of the most immediate things she has accomplished are: assigning a customer service representative(CSR) to specialize in Cathryn Sullivan's Acting for Film. Our CSR is Sue Jordan and you will LOVE her. Second, Marylee has been working hard to design a more streamlined registration process that is more fair and helpful, so watch for information on changes and all the great things to come. I truly appreciate your patience while we work to improve the scheduling process. The following is contact information for Sue & Marylee:

NOTE FROM EVERYBODY FITS: SIGN-UP DATES & PROCEDURES FOR CATHRYN SULLIVAN'S CLASSES
Below is the schedule for class sign-ups. Please note that this schedule has been designed to try and best serve you. We have heard you, and know that a major problem in the past is that people have had trouble getting through on the phone. So we have added extra staff and the option to sign-up through email. Those that sign-up via email will be taken in the order the email is received. There will be people monitoring the emails and phone calls during each sign-up period. To be fair to everyone, walk-ins will not be accepted.
Also new to the process will be a distinction between wait lists and interest lists. Starting on Monday, A WAIT LIST will be defined as students waiting for an opening in a particular class & time. There will be up to 5 students on each class wait list. If a spot in that class becomes available, it will be filled in the order of the wait list. INTEREST LISTS will be comprised of students that would like to take a class in the future and will be created for each specific class offering. If you are on a wait list, you are also encouraged to get on the interest list for that same class.
Mrs. Sullivan's priority for classes will be Master & KidPro students, current and previous students, interest lists and then the general public.
