Coppell Sweethearts Dance & Drill Team

Drill team is based on all of the classical forms of dance. And the Coppell Sweethearts Dance & Drill Team provides a drill team-oriented growth path at the intermediate and advanced levels of dance. In addition to the classic offerings (including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, and Hip-Hop), we provide the very best drill team prep, pee-wee drill teams, and competitive drill teams in north Texas.

The Coppell Sweethearts, created in 2002 by choreographer and director Amy Riley, have become trend setters in dance choreography. Many of the Sweethearts members have gone on to pursue membership on high school JV and varsity drill teams, while others have chosen to stay on Sweethearts throughout their entire high school career.

Whether it is your goal to make the high school drill team, or just be a part of a competitive performing group (without the additional demands required of a drill team) then Sweethearts is for you. The Coppell Sweethearts believe in positive reinforcement, a loving team atmosphere, the opportunity to learn new styles of dance with new twists on old styles, potential for leadership growth, helping out the community, and just having a whole lot of fun. The Coppell Sweethearts Dance & Drill Team offers a variety of classes for the dancer at every level. There are recreational classes, as well as classes that prepare your dancer for high school drill team.

Competitive
The Coppell sweethearts Drill Team is a competitive drill team that performs and competes throughout the year.

Facilities
Multiple studios are available to accommodate more class schedules.

Year-round Enrollment
Students can register any time throughout the year, allowing more flexibility than seasonal sign-ups.
