FROM THE NORTH: Use Interstate 35E. Exit to Highway 121 South. Turn left onto Denton Tap Road. Turn right onto Fitness Court (the street in front of Taco Bell)

FROM THE SOUTHEAST: Use Interstate 45. Exit to Interstate 35E North. Exit to Highway 121 South. Turn left onto Denton Tap Road. Turn right onto Fitness Court (the street in front of Taco Bell)

FROM THE SOUTHWEST: Use Highway 121 North from the Fort Worth area. Turn right onto Sandy Lake Road (there are traffic lights at this intersection) which winds through Coppell. Turn left at the first driveway of Albertsons and follow road to EveryBody Fits.

FROM THE EAST: Use the George Bush Turnpike (Highway 190). Exit to Interstate 35E North. Exit to Highway 121 South. Turn left onto Denton Tap Road. Turn right onto Fitness Court (the street in front of Taco Bell)

FROM THE EAST: Use Interstate 635. Exit to Beltline and go north on Beltline. Beltline becomes Denton Tap Road. Turn left onto Sandy Lake Road. Turn right at the last driveway of Albertsons and follow road to EveryBody Fits.

FROM THE WEST: Use Highway 114. Exit onto Highway 121 North. Turn right onto Sandy Lake Road (there are traffic lights at this intersection) which winds through Coppell. Turn left at the first driveway of Albertsons and follow road to EveryBody Fits.
