Yoga

Yoga’s many benefits include strengthening and toning muscles, increasing flexibility, reducing joint stiffness and improving overall health. Learning proper breathing techniques and regularly practicing yoga will improve your posture and balance while giving you the mental stamina to help you better withstand daily stress, trauma and injury.

Weight Circuit

This class combines cardio and strength training and is one of the best ways to burn fat. This fun and fast-paced class utilizes cardio and circuit equipment, free weights, tubes, bands and more.

Shape Up (must have four participants for class to make)

This class is an 8-week program and includes small-group exercise, body-fat measurements, food logs, personal daily nutritional recommendations, and a support group.

Personal Training

Personal training is one of the most effective ways to achieve results from a fitness program. It allows you to utilize the in-depth knowledge and experience of a professional to maximize your personal progress toward fitness goals. Personal training works because you have the trainer’s individual attention. As the trainer learns more about you and your physical capabilities, he or she gains insight into your optimal training patterns and customizes your workout routine to maximize the results.
