Q.
What do the letters DREAM stand for?
A. We encourage all our students to dream big and believe
that, with work, those dreams are achievable. To us, DREAM means
Dedication Rewards Each Athlete's Mission.
Q. What do I wear to class?
A. Girls: leotard ? Boys: shorts and T-shirt
Q.
Can I make up a missed class?
A. Yes, but make-ups must be scheduled within 30 days of
the missed class. A maximum of two make-up classes are allowed
per month and students must be currently enrolled in the class
they need to make-up. No make-ups are allowed after the end date
of the class. Please call or stop by the front desk to determine
class availability.
Q.
What do I do if I'm late to class?
A.
Stop by the front desk and schedule a make-up. For safety reasons,
children who miss warm-up will not be allowed in class.
Q.
What order do I do the events in?
A. All of our classes will rotate in Olympic order:
I. Vault
II. Bars
III. Beam
IV.
Floor
Q. When will I get to move up?
A. When a child achieves all level requirements at an event,
the coach will award a stripe for the belt. Once a child has all
eight stripes, the program director will complete a permission
slip to allow him/her to move up.

What do the colors on the belt represent?
A. The color of the lettering represents each child's level:
The color of the stripe represents a mastered skill on a specific
event:
Brown- Vault Red
- Bars Orange - Beam
Blue - Floor
Yellow - Trampoline
Green - Spirit/Safety
Violet - Flexibility Black
- Conditioning
Q. When can I show off my skills?
A. We have Recreational Showcases 4 times per year. These
are fun, recital-type events, that you can bring family and friends
to share in your gymasnts excitement to show-off their new skills.
Each participant receives an award for completing the event. Click
