Recreational Program

Texas Dreams Gymnastics was established in Coppell, Texas in 2001, by husband and wife team, Chris Burdette and Kim Zmeskal Burdette. You are sure to recognize Kim Zmeskal's name as she is a legend in the world of sports as the First American Gymnast to Win a World All-Around Championship. She is a 3-time World Champion and an Olympic Medalist.

Texas Dreams Gymnastics offers recreational gymnastics programs for girls and boys of all ages, beginning at 18 months. Our program includes parent-child classes, preschool and school-age classes, teen and adult classes, tumbling, trampoline, birthday parties, parent's night out, field trips, and more. The superior quality of our facility and equipment, combined with the expertise and commitment of our coaches, ensures that children and adults alike will improve gymnastics skills while having fun in the process.

Our goal at Texas Dreams is to develop each individual's gymnastics potential in a safe and fun atmosphere. We believe gymnastics helps develop skills that can be transferred to many sports like: physical strength, speed, grace, agility, balance, flexibility and a total body awareness. This sport, like no other, teaches discipline, perseverance, and promotes self-confidence.

Come visit our world-class facility and you will find our youngest gymnasts in class right next to our top level athletes, some of whom are training for the Olympics.
