GIRLS
RECREATIONAL PROGRAM
At
Texas Dreams, once the child reaches 1st grade, they move to the
Girls or Boys Recreational program. Texas Dreams uses the USA
Gymnastics Level curriculum to teach fundamental gymnastics skills
on all the Olympic events. Gymnasts develop skills on floor (tumbling),
trampoline, bars, beam, and vault.
Level
1
Introduces girls to the fundamental skills, concepts, and body
shapes. Our classes are small with a maximum 8:1 student/teacher
ratio and are designed to help them improve their newly learned
skills. 60 minute class.
