Sports Skills for Kids at EveryBody Fits familiarizes children with a variety of different sports. Teaching the fundamentals of multiple sports allows children to decide which sports they like best and want to concentrate on in the future, thus saving parents the expense of investing in multiple programs.
This progressive program works to build the coach-athlete relationship while teaching the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship. Most importantly, kids have fun in the process and develop a love for physical activity that can last a lifetime.
The rotating curriculum allows children to learn the basics of several sports, helping them learn which ones they want to focus on.
Each session will focus on a specific skill to later be reviewed and added
to other skills. Lessons are designed to establish a solid foundation and allow
children to reach the next level of a sport.
Classes emphasize the importance of teamwork, respect and positive sportsmanship
in a FUN environment.
Classes instill an appreciation of and a passion for movement at an early
age.
