Kinder
Kix Beginner (Ages 4-5)
Introduces
basic Taekwondo techniques in an organized classroom setting with
emphasis on self-confidence through positive encouragement, goal-orientation
and discipline.
Child
(Ages 6-9)
Helps
children with flexibility, muscle control, coordination and concentration.
This
age group is divided into three levels:
Beginners
(White, Orange, and Yellow belts)
Intermediate (Green Stripe, Green, and Blue Stripe belts)
Advanced (Blue, Red Stripe, Red, Black Stripe, and Black belts)
Junior
(ages 10-14)
Excellent,
all-around exercise program that helps cultivate a feeling of
self-control and physical fitness.
Junior
Class For those students who choose to pursue the curriculum side
of Taekwondo.
Junior
Team For those students interested in competing.
Adult
(ages 15-up)
Excellent
all-around exercise program that includes stretching, toning,
calisthenics and cardio-vascular development.
Adult
For all levels of adult athletes.
Ladies
Specifically for women interested in physical fitness through
the practice of Taekwondo.

Classes Available to students of all ages.
New
Student Orientation
This
class is offered to all possible new students to see if they like
the program before committing to a membership. This gives the
parents a glimpse into our program to see the material we cover
in our classes.
Forms
(for beginners)
This
class is offered once a week to help students memorize the patterns.
Whether you are getting ready for a belt test or for a competition,
this is great class to focus on perfecting your forms.
Intro
to Sparring
Sparring
in our program is strictly optional. At yellow belt level, all
students have the option of deciding if they want to try the sport
aspect of Taekwondo. This class focuses on the basics of sparring
methodology and is our entry-level class for Team NTA.
